Liz DiLullo Brown was named Little League Senior Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer in November 2018. Liz officially joined Little League International as the Director of Marketing Partnerships in 2009 and was promoted to Vice President of Marketing and Strategic Partnerships in 2011. In 2016, Liz was named the Vice President of Marketing and Communications, where she leads the development of the marketing, merchandise, and communications departments, to strategically enhance and expand the Little League brand.
During her 12 years with Little League, Liz has been instrumental in growing the relationship with Major League Baseball; the continued support of Little League’s official sponsors and licensees; the development of the current five-year strategic plan; the launch of the new Little League brand identity; the implementation of various digital efforts including fan engagement technology and virtual signage initiatives; the growth and development of Little League’s content, digital, and social media efforts; and more.
She is the first female employee at Little League International to hold the Senior Vice President title and has been instrumental in helping shape the organization’s efforts supporting diversity and inclusion, including its Girls With Game initiative.
In 2015, she was named a Sports Business Journal Game Changer Honoree, recognizing the accomplishments of women in the sports business. Prior to coming to Little League, she worked in a variety of positions for sports, entertainment and event agencies, including Velocity Sports and Entertainment (now MKTG), RedPeg Marketing, and Synergy Events.
In addition to her work for Little League International, Mrs. Brown is an active youth sports enthusiast and local Little League volunteer at Lewisburg (Pa.) Little League and a board committee member of the Girls Scouts in the Heart of Pennsylvania. She and her husband reside in Lewisburg with their two children.
